A part

The Red Sea parted for the Israelite the bible say
Division in itself, therefore, must sometime be for good
Explored the different views we have, as nation we aren’t one
But knowing where we stand is surely knowing what we should.
But what we have, this exodus, we start to feel the lack
Emerge a leader soon to bond this fearful frightened band
If we can find a Moses who can lead our nation right
Perhaps we can unite and move as one to promised land.
The die is cast but we await the rally call to sound
Can Arthur hear the nation crying for a leader fair
Will Avalon release the myth to help us save the day
No modern forward thinking group would think to find hope there
Oh England look beyond nostalgic red and white and blue
The left and right and black and white are all a part of you
