Nothing

It’s easy to be infinitely small
To feel as you’re nothing much at all
To look up in the heavens is to see
Reflection of our own mortality
Within the void the stars are piercing light
Creation shimmers brazen with delight
The universe majestic boldy vast
Evolving and expanding from the blast
But if we all evolved from one great spark
We matter must be light within the dark
The stars within you I see how they shine
Your body piece of heaven next to mine
The stars we are so infinitely small
The universe is nothing after all
