Defying the convention conversation ran so deep
The internet should be a place where everything’s ok
Instead of being flirty and reducing talk to cheap
Connection was established and we had so much to say
As men we must acknowledge we neglect our mental health
The superficial physical is what the gym is for
But what might come to haunt you if you put it on the shelf
When minds are lost we can’t but wonder what the body’s for
So build the bicep but remember all your other parts
Between your ears an organ that I hope you’ll exercise
The man I want to love will pleasure minds and treasure hearts
And nothing is more wonderful than one who’s truly wise
The inside out so beautiful the man I never met
The conversation ended with the words I won’t forget
