All Is

In Zen I see the Buddhist so serene
But country facing me seems far from that
A visit and you’d see just what I mean
The dirt and noise and chaos knock you flat
But then you see the happiness and think
If no one else is worried why do I
So let those nagging doubts just slowly sink
And concentrate on planes that take you high
Transcend the daily worries of your life
The positive is where our thoughts should dwell
Why focus on the negative and strife
When heaven is as easy found as hell
The Buddhist takes the middle path and then
The opposites are same and all is Zen
